Established in 2013, LandFluent’s headquarters are located in San Clemente, California and are responsible for projects spanning throughout the Southern California region. Hotels in Los Angeles, outdoor dining venues in Costa Mesa, and private residential gardens from San Clemente to Malibu have all been successfully executed under our guidance and supervision. In 2023, LandFluent opened its Miami Beach office to leverage over a decade of experience working in the southeast and Caribbean markets.

Working as the lead designer since the inception of LandFluent in 2013, Peter Anselmo brings a high level of detailed attention to each project. For Peter, initializing designs with the human action of hand-drawing brings about the most sensitively articulated projects. For this reason, each design process is started by hand with a series of visual analyses and inventory exercises. Once concepts have been solidified, various CAD software and computer layout tools are utilized to create graphic presentations and construction documents that expertly communicate designs to clients, contractors and manufacturers. Peter is a licensed Landscape Architect in both California and Florida.

An enthusiast for the teachings of the Bauhaus design style, Jeff appreciates simple, functional, and sophisticated design. He endeavors to apply these principles in every project that comes into the LandFluent studio.
